Provision of Microsoft AX 2012 ERP Programme Manager services

• Systeam provided a Programme Director for a combined deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX 7 and business process change across the organisation.
• Systeam took responsibility and were accountable for management of vendors (Hitachi) and consultants and oversaw the programme team and methodology for deployment.
• Systeam were responsible for identification of short-term optimisation opportunities within existing systems and processes pending implementation of AX, planning and resourcing for these changes, and implementation of them.
