• Became the trusted advisor to the trusts ensuring full transparency of issues and plans for resolution.
• Projects included Frimley Park Hospital/Royal Surrey (WinPath replacement of TelePath) and Papworth Hospital (software and hardware upgrade). Project budgetary values in the range of £1.5M to £2.0M.
