Provision of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Programme Appraisal

• Systeam were drafted into a mid-stream global D365 finance roll out by SA Global, PWC and Berkely Partners to conduct an independent deep dive appraisal of the DAN programme platform team processes, identify areas of weakness and advise on opportunities for optimisation.
• Delivered the detailed appraisal report to DAN senior management on-time and on-budget (20 days of work)
