Provision of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management advisory services

• Systeam are engaged as part-time advisor to Hanover to manage supplier selection, commercial agreements, and launch of the programme.
• Successfully negotiated the scope of Diagnostic Analysis and Design phases, with a view to finalising agreements for the remainder of the programme once the design has been completed
• Created the joint plan working with the System Integrator and Hanover and resourced accordingly. Programme successfully established and underway.
• Currently providing ongoing advice and Programme Directorship services as the initiative progresses
