Provision of a Microsoft Dynamics D365 FSCM and Customer Engagement Programme Manager

• Retained to lead multi-million-pound implementation of D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management across all modules and Microsoft Customer Engagement, replacing AX 2012 and CRM internationally
• Lead the programme mobilisation and worked with the chosen Microsoft partner to blend the extensive Victrex programme team with the partner team.
• Acting as advisor and liaison with the Libra Change management team in absorbing the D365 technical workstream with the wider global change plan. Completed assignment and handed over to internal management.
