Systeam were retained by BSR to provide consultancy in their D365 programme from inception to completion. Systeam provided full PMO coverage (programme Director and Senior Project Manager), Change and Training workstream lead, Data Migration workstream lead, Testing Workstream lead and Testing Analyst.

The programme commenced in October 2024 and is due to go live in June 2026. D365 functionality includes all aspects of Finance and Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement and Sales, and Project operations.
